RE: Emerging Manager Platform Ltd. – FMG Mongolia Fund Sub-Fund (the “Sub-Fund”)
I am writing on behalf of the directors of the Emerging Manager Platform Ltd. in relation to the abovenamed Sub-Fund.
Following consultation with the Investment Advisor of the Sub-Fund, and having regard to the performance and size of the Sub-Fund, the decision has been taken by the directors that the Sub-Fund be suspended, effective 1st October 2018.
As a consequence of the suspension, no subscriptions or redemption requests wl!_I be accepted, nor will a Net Asset Value be calculated.
The Investment Advisor is currently in the process of converting all of the Sub-Fund’s holdings into cash, a process which we envisage will take between three to four months. When all assets are held in cash, the proceeds will be distributed to investors in accordance with their shareholding, once any and all Sub-Fund liabilities have been settled.
